I believe it's the SW corner, actually. I went in there once hoping to find skim milk but all they had was whole. They do have a fine selection of malt liquors, though.
The City has fought long and hard to have Jet-In's liquor license revoked. I believe the effort was finally successful. It was a drug supermarket and true blight. It still is blight, just not as severe.
Now if we can just start turning West End attitudes around. There's some reluctance to say farewell to the ghetto and to ghetto attitudes. But there are some wonderful people who have lived here for generations who would like to join the normal world.
