The Light Rail train leaves downtown Portland to the West by going through a long tunnel. Maybe a quarter of the way through the tunnel, the train has a stop deep underground. The stop is served by a large elevator, which opens up right at the front gate to the zoo, and near the Children's Museum which is located in a very large hilltop park. Here are a few photos:
