Is it just me...or have those small improvements (to that parking lot) made a world of difference there?
It's still a parking lot, but it is 100x better than the old version of that lot.
I think 3CDC believes that easy parking is critical to their project's success. Maybe they are right, but after putting that much money in a parking lot, it will probably remain one for many many years.
