Vine Kroger Organic

More examples of the Vine Street Kroger attempting to sell to a higher income demographic:

On a side note, most organic milk seems to be ultra-pasteurized (cooked at a higher temperature). The ultra-pasteruzation gives the milk a very long shelf life, but does kill all life in the milk...

I keep trying. The other day I went in for bananas but found none. Yes, they had no bananas!
The milk is a good sign, though. There's no reason that couldn't be a top notch store. You could get a lot of scooters and bikes in that little parking lot.

The fruit/vegetable selection is horrible, but yes even they usually have bananas. I think that was a fluke.

They have bananas on a very small kiosk.

Hmm, I'm going to have to start checking that store out. Its right around the block from where I live so I don't have to worry about parking. If they continue to add better/healthier products like this and clean up their storefront by not allowing so much loitering, then they really could become the neighborhoods premiere grocery (and only full-sized grocery).

I was in the store today and found two displays of Bananas.
