I saw that and found it interesting too. You do a great job highlighting the changing face of the neighborhood.
I don't know if its still there but there was a big sign on the side that said "no copper pipes".Maybe it's a cool rehab in advance of the streetcar.
Model is rehabbing it into affordable rental units. How many units, I don't know.
