Vacant Buildings Again
More boarded-up buildings. These are on Pleasant Street south of Findlay Market, but north of Liberty (1600 Block)

The city really needs to establish an On-line Land bank for urban pioneers, where people could see just what houses the city owns on amap in OTR and a 'pre-qualification process" where a person could e approved. show they have financing inplace that sort of thing. If the city waits for developer type proposals it will take forever to turn around OTR. they need to open the process up. Red tale will kill downtown revitilization.
Good idea Paul, there are some programs like this in place but it needs to be widely know and publicized what is available.
I REALLY like the idea of the maps of city owned properties. That would be huge!
