Do you remember these things? When I was 9 years old (mid 70's), I thought this was the funniest thing ever:

That reminds me of Garbage Pail Kids.
I'm not sure, but I think it was the same makers, just ten years later.
The artist I used for some of my Christmas cards this year, Mark Parisi, is a cartoonist for Atlantic Feature Syndicate. He also draws new Wacky Packs. You have to dig, but you can find some of his stuff here:
