Cincy Dayton Toledo and Columbus with Obama

...Southeast Ohio, Cleveland and the rest can suck eggs.

I cannot believe that Democrats, when able to vote for the next JFK or FDR, would instead choose the Democratic equivalent of RMN.

According to the NY Times, Toledo can suck eggs, but Cleveland's okay. Still, it's a major disappointment.

You know, I keep hearing that, regardless of who wins the Democratic nomination, Dem voters will unite behind the designated candidate. I'm not so sure that's true.

^I think for the most part they will. However there is an older contingent that is very suspicious of a young man, especially one with dark skin whom they believe is a muslim.

Conversely, some of the youngest Obama supporters may just sit out the vote if they don't find inspiration in either McCain or Clinton.

As a lifelong Democrat and an historian I take exception to the idea that Hillary Clinton is the equivalent of Richard Nixon. (Let alone the idea that Obama is the equivalent of FDR or JFK.) It makes me think that you weren't around when Nixon was.
