Mercer and Vine
Wow, this building is turning out to be quite impressive. I love the increase in glass on the top floor. I have lots of before and during construction photos, and hope to make a more comprehensive post at a later date, but I just had to state how happy I am with this design so far.

Yeah, it is looking cool - and man, it is really amazing how different Vine looks already!
And just think what that last leg of Vine (up the hill) will look like after the streetcar is built!
