I stumbled across this while doing some research. It's absolutely fantastic, and yet I haven't seen it posted anywhere else, so I just had to share it here. Enjoy!
According to their website, "OTR" was recognized as a finalist film in the National Neighborhood Day Film Contest. Hard to imagine what could have beaten it.

It's a charming introduction to the neighborhood, but "OTR supporter"? Heh!
Beautiful video...great find and thanks for sharing Mark.
I found it odd that a bunch of the shots were from moving cars. Some of the other shots of people and going from inside a building and out through a window were cool.
I hate to be a curmudgeon but I didn't think it was really that great. For one thing, I found it a bit over-the-top in its romanticization of OTR. Part of this was because of the awful piano track which felt like nails on a chalkboard after about 20 seconds.
Mike- Not sure if you are familiar with this effort http://is.gd/rLzi, but this is another group showcasing OTR through film.
For VisuaLingual: I think the term, "supporter" probably refers to members of the OTR Foundation (two of whom, Brian Tiffany and Teresa Hoelle, are featured in the clip) and other interested citizens. Incidentally, if you don't think Mark Shears, the "mirror" of OTR, is an OTR supporter, go down and meet him. He's not hard to find. Not sure what "Heh! meant. For my part, I thought the clip, music and all, captured the mood and charm of the area very well. Great job!
The use of the term "OTR supporter" is odd -- it's where you'd expect to see a job title or other official affiliation, but this isn't one. I'm not criticizing these individuals, but the language used invites a snicker.
