Car has been tagged like that for weeks. It's parked there on weekend evenings, which leads me to believe it's not a UC student? We drive past it occassionally wondering what's the story behind the spray paint.
Yeah, I don't get it.
I've seen this car parked at Cincinnati State so they either work or go to school there.
I've seen it around at Hyde Park Kroger.
