No, I just noticed it yesterday for the first time myself. Curious, though!
Seriously, I've been so curious about this place! It can't be a comedy club, right? So, what is it?
I live around the corner, I was just outside and noticed they painted the door black with a white face similar to the one already there, but it's smiling. I haven't actually seen anyone out there working on it, I just notice it progress every few days when I walk past it each day.
