IDA Developing Model Ordinance

The International Dark-Sky Association has just completed a long process in which they have written a model ordinance that can be adopted by local jurisdictions to limit harmful light tresspass, glare etc. They are accepting comments and criticism for the next months, and will have a final document later this year.
