Well, it is 21st century everywhere else in the country. But remember we're talking about Cincinnati here. Cincinnati is probably still just a few years outside of the 1960s. However, I wouldn't worry about it too much. The people making such ignorant comments are just that, ignorant. They are going to keep fleeing farther and farther away from the city and the city will be a better place because of it.
Cincinnati is going to see some major positive changes to its urban core in the upcoming years. I think its all going to be a very positive thing.
