We toured condos, apartments and commercial space by several developers. I cannot believe how fast they are moving on some of these projects. My favorite was the Bang's building balcony.

Now, how was it again, someone was allowed to build a roof deck in the top floor - cutting away the front roof and part of the cornice etc. in this historic area facing the park down the street to the right in this picture - just out of view???? Easy to spot - it's the only one.
