Jewel Weed
Often while exploring in wooded urban areas you will find this weed. I remember it from my childhood, and the kids love the exploding seedpods which explode at the slightest touch. The seeds have a good nutty taste:

Jewel weed is a remedy for poison ivy. In fact, it is easy to mistake jewel weed for poison ivy.
What part is the remedy, just the juice from the stem?
Yea, exactly. Jewel weed is an old folk remedy for bug bites and burns too.
