Is this the Beacon? Why would you make a derogatory comment about someone who obviously maintains their building, and keeps the litter picked up?
It's art.
Its ugly in a funny way, not a criminal way, and it could be considered high art, however some of this guy's other buildings do suffer criminal neglect.
I know someone who lives in that building. It's fantastic on the inside. Beautiful features and fantastic views.
