Wonder how they decided to segregate it. Coin toss?
I was there. Campus sure has changed since then.
In the mid- 80s, the upper floors of the building were vacant, but I had a studio class on the first floor. The buttons to the elevators had been removed, but if you connected the two prongs with a piece of metal, it called the elevator, and sometimes at night we would ride it to the top and watch the sunset and look down on the City from the highest point in the County.
1975. 22nd floor. Fire drills were a hoot.
