The next 2 years will be very telling.

And I agree, she obviously has her eye on Mallory's job. She supported him, but my guess is that she wants much more aggressive action than Mallory has delivered.CityKinhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09068481950069401281noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782792124434572025.post-70764176347918171682008-01-07T09:45:00.000-05:002008-01-07T09:45:00.000-05:00She's going to be so much better as mayor this nex...She's going to be so much better as mayor this next time than she was last time.Radarmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07490374472499934197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782792124434572025.post-41884519193570876392008-01-07T09:44:00.000-05:002008-01-07T09:44:00.000-05:00She's going to be so much better as mayor this nex...She's going to be so much better as mayor this next time than she was last time.Radarmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07490374472499934197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782792124434572025.post-30748749795229647272008-01-06T16:04:00.000-05:002008-01-06T16:04:00.000-05:00Qualls brought up form-based codes at a meeting I ...Qualls brought up form-based codes at a meeting I had with her in October, and I was intrigued by the idea. I know that she brings up the idea often in Planning Commission meetings.

I would also like to know Graves' position on form-based codes. I haven't been able to find any direct info as far as that goes, so I suppose I'll ask him.Kevin LeMasterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01814834676065394544noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782792124434572025.post-58557171433712238722008-01-05T10:15:00.000-05:002008-01-05T10:15:00.000-05:00Form-based codes are attractive on principle, but ...Form-based codes are attractive on principle, but implementing them in Cincinnati seems tricky. The shift from use-based codes, which are so institutionalized, to form-based codes would require more than a dynamic council. Wonder were Mr. Graves and the new planning department stands on this.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6782792124434572025.post-86525236581007171862008-01-04T12:48:00.000-05:002008-01-04T12:48:00.000-05:00Love myself some Roxanne Qualls. In all honesty, she was the best teacher I had in all my years there - great speaker, educated, and sparked some great conversations.

Her experience at Harvard only furthered this amazing mind.

Thank goodness she's back - and a fellow downtowner.dewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04184486880598096052noreply@blogger.com
