Railing Around Tyler Davidson Fountain

 

The design is fine, but did we really need this?

    They put this up every year so drunk suburbanites don't fall in the fountain during Oktoberfest.
    It will be gone next week don't worry.

    Yep, 5chw4r7z is correct. They put it up for big events like Taste and Oktoberfest. It will come down after.
