Woodframed Building Striptease


I'm not sure what they are doing with this building along Vine Street hill, but it is dramatic to see it naked and stripped of it's aluminum siding:

    I saw that and found it interesting too. You do a great job highlighting the changing face of the neighborhood.

    I don't know if its still there but there was a big sign on the side that said "no copper pipes".

    Maybe it's a cool rehab in advance of the streetcar.

    Model is rehabbing it into affordable rental units. How many units, I don't know.
