Odd Building on Pleasant

Perma-stone, a cement-based fake stone product was often used in the 30s-50's to cover old buildings. This one may have deserved being covered. Very odd one-story building with side porch in a neighborhood with 3 and 4 story buildings:

    That's a strange looking building. I think the little gate on the side of the alley porch is a nice touch. :D

    That place has been on and off the market over the last few years. I think the last time I saw it, it was listed for something like $8,000.
