Wow...I did not know this was coming down already! It is unfortunate that OTR is losing this elementary school, but from an aesthetic view the neighborhood will certainly come out ahead.
A few years ago, we had 3 neighborhood schools, plus SCPA. Know we are fighting to keep at least one neighborhood school.
