Was this part of the MuralWorks program? If so I would have to say that this one is a disappointment when compared to the others that have been done.
I don't think it was part of that program because it is a few years old, but I could be wrong.It works fine for it's location, whichi is a concrete block wall facing the basketball hoops of the park.
