When is it socially acceptable to strip down to your skivies in public, get on the ground, lie on your back, and look up at the clouds, dream, watch passerbys, listen, and maybe even fall asleep? ... At the pool.
^Not sure if sleeping in on Fountain Square is legal, but it definitely is not socially acceptable, especially when not wearing shirt or shoes! A better place would be Serpentine Wall or at the concourse fountain.
